This template is built with dynamic tables and formulas. The template also comes with an interactive dashboard that is equipped with charts and sparklines to give you a visual representation of how safe your workplace is. The dashboard also has slicers which allow you to view different data scenarios at a click of a button, and sparklines to immediately see the safety performance of your different HSE items.

The only sheet you have to work on with this template is the Raw Data Sheet. It’s here where you can find all the possible HSE items in column A. All you have to do is input the total number of that item per month. So input the total manhours worked per month, total manpower that you have, so on and so forth until you reach the end of the year.
Input also your previous YTD for each item which is basically the total for the year for each item as well as input your target metrics per year at the very end of the table in column P. Once everything is set, you can move on to the dashboard sheet. The dashboard sheet has some highlighted metrics on top so you can view them quickly. Below, it has charts which show you your performance versus your target performance, your previous year’s performance versus your current, and your monthly HSE incidents and analysis over time. On the righthand side, it has sparklines to show you the trends of the different items, and the dashboard also has slicers to help you filter out the charts to your liking. Whenever you input new data and want to update your charts, just hit the refresh macro button on the top left.
