Let’s dive into how our Personal Goal Tracker template works.

Start by going to the month you are in. There are two tables – one for daily goals and one for weekly goals. Insert your goals. Not sure about your goals for the year? Popular aspirations including eating healthy, avoiding snacks, eating at home, not drinking alcohol, not smoking, working out, spending time with family, calling a family member, lifting weights, journaling, reading, and more.

Once you add your goals, you can create a Goal Target. This is how many times per day or week you aim to hit that goal. For example, even though it’s a daily goal to lift weights, you’re likely not going to life every day so in that case your goal could be 15.

Review your Daily and Weekly Goals by Month in our Yearly Goals Summary tab in our Personal Goals Tracker Template

After you set your Goal Target, simply check off each day you accomplish your goal. The Progress bar will update automatically as will the circle graphs and bar charts that help you see your progress visually.

Be sure to use this template every day to help yourself stay accountable to your goals!

At the end of the year in the Yearly Goals Summary tab are progress bars for each of your daily and weekly goals. It’s a great way to step back and evaluate your achievements on a monthly basis.
